Release checkpoint · September 14, 2026: W3 reliability repair V2 was activated and verified on September 7. W4 PR #270, Focus Queue #311, and command-center parity #312 are merged at main 72e2da3. W4 is not yet live: production remains pinned to the previous browser release while schema, Edge, and authenticated canaries await completion. This checkpoint supersedes merge status in the historical August 16 component snapshot below.
The W3 transaction receipt records activated_and_verified and a production change. Thirteen repository files and two runtime mirrors were verified. The later payroll workbook content was preserved. Do not replay the one-shot activation.
The combined build passed its recorded local checks and hosted build. Production publishing remains locked. The Mac Mini is reachable and linked to the expected Supabase project, but its CLI login must be restored before the protected rollout can proceed.
Eric's Team Pulse findings review and historical-context worksheet are not approved or complete. Connector activation, Self-note activation, and other external actions retain their separate boundaries. Packet sync is not packet-content approval.

Canonical objects, one S4AC Work dossier, Today/EOD, the first owner Team and Client Organization relationship projections, internal delegation memory, the targeted evidence queue, read-only Docket Chat v0, owner Docket Calendar v0, and truthful runtime-map projection are merged with Focus Queue and command-center parity. Production schema, Edge, and browser rollout remain pending.
Ledger, Profit First, cashflow, margin, sales, expansion, and content learning depend on W4 truth.
Today, Work, Relationships, Money, Growth, Atlas, and Chat converge in the whole-life BIOME view.
System work and owner decisions run on separate rails. Finishing one never silently authorizes the next.
The September 7 receipt proves the one-shot reliability repair, not approval of findings or historical context. Retain its private rollback bundle, unchanged payroll content, and natural recurrence evidence. The August proof counts below are historical, not a current observation.
Supabase currently reports: Access token not provided. Restore the Mac Mini CLI login, then verify current main, production migration history, the exact ten-migration dry run, browser pin, and previous Edge version. Do not bypass the normal production writer or repair migration history to force a match.
PRs #270, #311, and #312 were merged through the protected path, without an admin bypass. Final main is 72e2da3 and its full tree matches the reviewed candidate. Its focused ancestry remains review history and must not be merged independently on top.
Apply only the ten reviewed migrations in full timestamp order, including Focus 060 and parity 063, with legacy-retirement migration 050 absent. Deploy the matching Docket Edge bundle and prove privacy, denial, idempotency, semantic revalidation, and owner+AAL2 canaries before publishing Today, Work, Relationships, read-only Chat v0, Calendar v0, Blocked Work, Follow-up Review, Delegation Review, and this map. Connector, Self-note, legacy retirement, proposal generation, durable delegation review, apply, card creation, and external execution remain separate gates.
Every outbound rail converges here. Agents can prepare the route; only a person can clear the signal to the outside world.

Every verified system component is mounted below on its lane and wave. The build intentionally leapfrogged several generic Wave 1–2 agents to establish the Docket, Meeting Intelligence, and Team Pulse operating loop first; those earlier rails remain visible rather than being quietly marked done.
