How to read Team Pulse

A quick key for understanding the time windows, findings, review states, and operating metrics.

Daily · live

Team Pulse runs Monday–Saturday at 11:15 AM CT. Each packet covers one exact operating window from 11:00 AM CT the prior day through 10:59:59 AM CT—not a partial calendar day. Slower comparison reviews run on the 1st and 15th, or the next scheduled Monday when either date is Sunday.

Packet windows

Daily
The exact 24-hour operating window ending at 10:59:59 AM CT.
Weekly
The completed weekly reporting window.
Last week
The prior calendar week.
7 / 14 / 30 days
Retrospective comparison windows for patterns, not extra daily evidence.

Untouched and awaiting review.
Hold
Keep the finding visible, but create no work yet.
Reject
Mark the signal as incorrect or not useful.
Approve
Make it eligible for an exact Docket-card confirmation.
Added
The approved finding was promoted into Docket work.

What the operating metrics mean

Hours vs expected
Completed-period tracked hours compared with the reviewed expectation. Within ±15% is labeled Close.
BAU watch
Internal or overhead share compared with its baseline, estimate, or maximum. It is a review signal, not a verdict.
Retainer burn
Tracked client hours compared with prorated planned hours. It does not state invoice, revenue, or profitability status.
Estimate coverage
How much Hubstaff tracked time can be matched to ClickUp work with estimates.
Meeting tracking
Generic meeting time needing human client classification. It is never reassigned or billed automatically.
